Estate planning is not “one size fits all.”
There are many unique aspects to consider, which is why we fully personalize every plan for each client. Proper estate planning can prevent probate, keep your estate private, reduce or completely eliminate estate taxes, and expedite the transfer of your assets between your estate and your beneficiaries.

Primary Practice Areas
Tony was very thorough and helpful in updating my living trust and pour over will. He explained each step in a manner that was easily understood. I highly recommend him for this service.
Tony was really good about explaining all of the nitty gritty details of a trust. We really appreciated his willingness to call us back when we did not have a clear understanding on some details.
